The point is, if you don’t want to spend any money on marketing and are okay with putting in the massive amount of time and effort required to fully market every destination you sell, more power to you. But think about what you could be doing with all your time if you had someone create all these things for you! And as for money, the price is, honestly, shockingly low for the amount of high quality, high value content you get in return.
