Travel agents have always needed a way to learn about the deals, commissions, and opportunities available with the various suppliers in the travel industry. Believe it or not, we haven’t always had a certain 🔍 search engine that rhymes with “foogle” to help us track down what we need to know, either.
Today, all the info you need about suppliers like ✈️ airlines, 🛳️ cruise lines, 🏨 hotels, and so forth is out on the internet for anyone to find, typically on each supplier’s website. You just have to search for them one at a time, or maybe have a whole bunch of sites bookmarked.
That’s better than nothing, but it sure would be cool if somebody could gather up all this supplier information in one place. A one-stop-shop that puts hundreds of suppliers at your fingertips. A supplier portal, if you will.
